The unit is working and guaranteed against DOA. I just tested it.The total maximum recording time is 282 hours. This unit has approx. 240 hours more recording time then most of the similar units on the used market.Included in the package will be;The Tivo as pictured with the cover.  There are no major scratches/dings or stickers.
