Order from me and you also get low shipping prices!!  I ship USPS First Class and I almost always get your item in the mail the day you order it.  --  Again, read my feedback profile, almost everyone comments on my fast shipping.  I understand that you want the item fast, especially if your ReplayTV is dead and you cannot record shows!   OTHER VARIOUS COMMENTS: I used this CD for my own personal upgrade and it worked great!  I have a Replay TV 4000 and the hard drive died.  This CD contains directions and disk images to replace a completely dead hard drive.  It also allows you how to add a larger hard drive if you'd like more space.  I put a 320 GB drive into mine and now I have 107 hrs. available at high quality.  It's awesome.  Now there are 500 GB drives available.    Other sellers sometimes sell similar CD's on eBay.  I have seen their directions and honestly, they were confusing to me.  That's why I think my directions are much easier to follow.  Don't get stuck being confused!!  When you're trying to get your ReplayTV up and running again, the last thing you want to deal with is confusing directions, right?  Also, please note, you will need some technical skills.  You don't have to be a guru, but you do have to take out the old drive and install the new one (duh!).  So if you're comfortable enough with computers to do that, you should be good.  If you have ever added more RAM to your computer, installed a CD-ROM drive, or anything like that you will have NO TROUBLE upgrading your ReplayTV hard drive.  Plus, it's well worth your time, I have so much free space now I will never fill it all up.  I LOVE IT.  I wish my hard drive had died along time ago because now I never have to worry about filling up all my space.  I am no expert at the process, but I did successfully replace my dead hard drive (and avoided paying SonicBlue a ton of $$ for repair, not to mention the 6 week or more repair time, and shipping costs).  I would be happy to offer advice if you get stuck....I certaintly can't make any guarantees (since I'm not an expert or anything) but honestly it was a pretty easy process.    THE THREE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS: 1.  Will upgrading/replacing my hard drive void my Lifetime Subscription?        NO!  Upgrading your hard drive will NOT void your Lifetime subscription.  That information is stored on a separate chip on the motherboard.  If you had a Lifetime Subscription before the upgrade, you will have it afterward.2.  Will I lose my Commercial Advance feature?  Or, can I get Commercial Advance on my 5500 series unit with this CD?      NO!  This CD will not affect Commercial Advance.  That feature is tied to the model of ReplayTV you own.  Therefore, if you had Commercial Advance before the upgrade (i.e. any model before the 5500) then you will still have it afterwards.   Similarly, this CD will not add Commercial Advance to a 5500 series unit. 3.  Can I use this CD to hack the ReplayTV and get free Lifetime service (or to hack any other feature)?      NO!  This CD is for valid upgrade/hard drive replacement purposes only.  It will not allow you to change any other features of your ReplayTV unit.
