You are bidding on a used 2000 series Replay TV hard disk recorder with accessories (two remotes, 2 new AA batteries, IR Blaster, new phone cord w/ splitter, RCA audio/video, new s-video, power cord).  Original remote is included along with a newer 5000 series remote that is compatible and would be considered by most to be a better design. This unit has no monthly fees.  If you purchase a model that does not include activation you will have to pay $299 for lifetime service or a monthly fee.  Not this unit though...lifetime subscription with NO fees.   This replay unit has been tested and is in good working order.  I was able to dial out and retrieve the program guide for my local service and then record/playback shows all without a hitch.  The unit was upgraded with two 160GB hard drives for 280 hours of recording capacity.   This is a rare dual drive model that came from the factory with provisions for two drives. The unit is good condition overall, but does have some tape residue on the faceplate and may also have minor scuffs, scratches, etc. on exterior.  Please see actual photo below.
