When it came out in 1986, this was the top-of-the-line LD player for Pioneer, and many say the best model they ever built !  It comes with the original remote and has beautiful rosewood side panels. I am the original owner of this player. It has been modified to output AC-3 / Dolby Digital as the factory version did not include this at the time. This model does NOT play DVD's. This unit has had very little use over the years. It has a few scratches on the top and is missing the "scan back button"  (though the function still works) , but otherwise it's in really good condition and works great.
