Description Feedback Other Auctions BOSE LIFESTYLE 48 BLACK HDMI HOME THEATER Excellent This is a Bose Lifestyle 48 Home Theatre system. I do not believe it to be a version IV because it doesn't say anything about that on the side of the box. This system is complete and only the head unit, remote, AV cables, and instructions have been used. Everything else is still shrink wrapped as you can see in the picture. This is a chance to save some money by buying a used unit but still comes with a 10 month warranty. Bought from a one of the two major retailers from their distribution center. There is a few different manufacturers that will not let them test and resell at the store level if their product is brought back by a customer, Bose is one of these companies. They say if a customer returns an item, like this one was, that they send the box to distribution and wholesale it out. I ended up with a bunch of Bose stuff on the pallets I purchased and everything I received that was Bose worked great, except this item. I had a problem with the head unit and even though it was out of warranty and didnt have a receipt Bose still fixed it, and extended the warranty on the head unit by one year, there is still 10 months left from June 24, 2008. If a claim is required after purchase and it is within the warranty period I would need to start the claim for you. Comes complete in the box and all original packing material, box is a little roughed up as seen in picture but everything inside is very well protected. There is only a few songs on the hard drive and I put half of them on while testing the unit, it is easy to tell that this item was bought and returned immediately being nothing else was unwrapped.
