Description
For auction is for (1) NEW Zoombox replacement Halogen bulb. Yes, the Zoombox made by Hasbro / Tiger. Please look through my feedback history for other bidders MANY comments on this bulb to see why I am the TOP SELLER of these bulbs. FAQ's: Q: How can I buy more than 1 bulb to save a little money? A: Write me for custom arrangement with the same buyer's protection so it's risk free. Q: Does Hasbro make Hasbro brand Zoombox bulbs? A: Not to my knowledged. Q: Why are your bulbs more expensive? A: Because it's not made of cheap plastic with a reflective foil. The bulbs I sell are made of of glass and designed / manufactured by an excellent company in the United Kingdom. Good quality bulbs cost more. Q: Are your bulbs really good? A: I tested over 10 brands before deciding to sell this brand. This bulb is the best of those I tested. So I would say yes with confidence. Q: Which brand did you test? A: It was some time ago...Westinghouse, GE, Lite Source, Higuchi, one from Home Depot, Target, and a couple of others. The worst one was one bought from my local 99 cents store. It was dim and flickered, made the image impossible to watch. Returned it for a bag of napkins :) Q: Can you tell me if (other seller's) bulb is any good? A: I can't comment on other sellers' products since I never tested their bulbs. Ask them specific questions and see actual product pictures to assess the product. Don't just rely on pretty stock pictures. Q: Do you know where I could find cheaper bulbs? A: If you don't care about the quality and just want to spend as little money as possible, check your local hardware store or even popular dollar stores. The Zoombox uses generic bulbs call MR11. These generic bulbs may cost you only $1 to $3 dollars each. But these bulbs' casing may be very cheap such as being made of plastic, it may flicker, be dim, won't last long, and generally not reliable. Q: Does more hours mean a brighter bulb? A: No it doesn't. For example, a 4000 hours bulb could be dimmer and be not as bright if it's designed for other uses, such as a door light or a case light. My bulb uses an aluminum / dichroic reflector to maximize lighting / brightness. It is designed for approximately 2000 hours of life at optimum / peak brightness. It also has a clear cover to prevent the kids from accidentally burning their fingers since the bulb fuse could be hot when in use. Q: What's flood degree and lumen? A: Flood is the spread of the light beam, best to have a flood of at least 30 degrees. Lumen is the brightness level of the bulb. My bulb(s) has the appropriate flood degrees and lumen specification as the original Zoombox bulb. Q: Can I change the resolution of my Zoombox? A: If you are asking this question, the answer is NO. Because it requires that you open your zoombox case to change internal parts which require technical skills and is costly to buy parts. Q: Can you lower your sales price or Shipping / Handling fee? A: Sorry, can't do it. What I make from selling these bulbs is pretty minimal after cost and various fees. If you sell on eBay, you know what I mean. After I sell out of my on-hand stock of these bulbs, that's it. Also, I have a full time job and don't have time to go to the post office, I charge a handling fee for my nephew to rush mail the package (ususally on the same day payment is received) so the winner gets the package in 3-5 business days. If you disagreed with price and S/H cost, please don't bid. Write me using the contact seller link if you have other questions. Click on the thumbnail below for a closer look of the actual bulb for auction. Left side shows the bulb with the box. Other important information: I am orginal seller of these bulbs and sold the most because I know my Zoombox bulbs. I guarantee the excellent quality of the my bulbs. If you are not completely satisfied, send it back for a REFUND of the bidded amount (minus shipping costs and associated Paypal fees if applicable). I've sold many bulbs and never had one returned.
